The Gutshof is the heart of the Narcissus Village. Here you will find the reception, our leisure office and our Wood & Creative Workshop Zloam.

Visitors and residents of the Ausseerland meet at the village square to exchange ideas. Here and in the adjoining sound workshop, the events in the Narzissendorf Zloam take place, creating the unique memories for which the Narzissendorf Zloam stands.

The final completion of the village square is planned for autumn 2022.

Our Zloam Wirt restaurant serves delicious homemade dishes using regionally-sourced ingredients. We highly recommend the tender char, which comes fresh from the lake via the wooden "platter" directly onto your plate. The evening is made perfect by the cosy atmosphere and meeting local guests. Perhaps one of the guests will unpack his or her instrument - after all, music is just as much a part of life in the Ausseerland region as the local delicacies served at your table.

"Where love sets the table, the cake tastes best." - this is the motto of the Wiesencafe owners Barbara and Robert. Just drop in for breakfast, an afternoon coffee or a slice of Barbara's legendary pastries and cakes!

The Sound Workshop Zloam houses the Peter Kölbl event hall (up to 200 people in cinema seating), the Kobinger Bar and the music classrooms. The almost inexhaustible musical and cultural potential of Ausseerland has found a home here. It is a place of inspiration from which the love of art and culture is carried out into the world.

The completion of the Klagwerkstatt is planned for autumn 2022.

In the Village Musikanten you'll find traditional Ausseer-style apartments, which are ideal for an unforgettable family holiday or holiday for two.

On the Pferdefreunden Zloam website you can book an individual riding experience, available for children and adults. Together with a team of highly trained riding instructors, you will experience unforgettable encounters between humans and animals in the indoor riding hall. The Zloam ski area in Grundlsee offers great winter fun not only for little people. There is a ski lift and a ski school right in the holiday village on the Zloam, so that nothing stands in the way of skiing fun on the doorstep.

Our ice rink is popular with visitors and locals from the Ausseerland region who come here to enjoy ice skating or curling, regardless of the weather. Here they can create memories of a unique holiday on the Zloam.

In the Narzissendorf Zloam you'll find two new, well-maintained tennis courts at the Zloam sports grounds. Tennis lessons are also available, as well as rackets and balls for hire.

Sports enthusiasts will be in their element on the sports field. Whether as a spectator or an active participant, you can really let off steam here. This is also the ideal place for youngsters to play ball games together in the Narzissendorf Zloam.

Archery on the 3D course is an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Even seasoned archers will find a challenge here.

For your carefree holiday in the Narzissendorf Zloam, a free parking space is available for the duration of your entire stay.

Our clubhouse is a meeting place for various clubs in Grundlsee, who come together to breathe life into the many activities in the Narzissendorf Zloam.

The Grundlsee or also called the Styrian Sea can be reached on foot from our Narzissendrof in about 8 min. walk. The Grundlsee is a popular bathing lake in summer and gets up to 25 degrees on hot summer days. The special thing about the Grundlsee is that it is 70% freely accessible. So you can find a shady spot in a bay with a stone beach or lie down comfortably on one of the many sunbathing lawns. Dog owners also get their money's worth, as many of the beaches have welcome dogs.

In winter - when the temperatures are right - Lake Grundlsee freezes and turns into a paradise for ice skaters and walkers.
