Your culinary voyage of discovery begins in the morning: With a feast for your eyes in the guise of the breakfast etagere in Wiesencafé! Stacked over three tiers are classics such as pastries, yoghurt, spreads, butter, cheese, sausages, fruit, vegetables, berries and eggs – decorated with attention to detail. There ought to be space for something sweet afterwards, since patisserie is Barbara’s passion – and her legendary cakes and pastries are an almost must.
